Support Agent

We're looking for a friendly, tech-savvy Support Agent to help our customers via email, and phone. If you're a great communicator, love solving problems, and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
• Troubleshoot product or service issues
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Ensure a great experience for every customer

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable using support software (well train you!)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
