Specialist LEA Support

Role Purpose

Provide technical support and guidance to the LEA team, to ensure effectiveness, quality and provide a high standard of services.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Quality control and assessment. Produce and ensure the required deliverables (department objectives related to disclosure of information) are met and maintained

To ensure adherence and continuous compliance to all regulations of the different acts applicable in terms of disclosure of information out of Vodacom acts.

To develop and maintain relationships with the different Law Enforcement Agencies and other institutions

Support and manage the technical infrastructure (systems utilized by LEA) for the LEA team.

To manage, improve and develop internal technology processes.

The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

Matric/Grade 12

Diploma or relevant qualification in Electronic Engineering or equivalent (Essential)

Between 3 To 5 Years Relevant Experience (Essential)

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Computer Applications (Essential)

Basic system and GSM knowledge (Preferable)

Technology Management (Preferable)

IT knowledge (Preferable)

Radio Planning & Optimisation (Essential)
