Job requirements:
- Must have min 2 years’ experience as a support technician
- Must have own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- MCTS / MCSE certificate or equivalent certificate
- Must speak English and Afrikaans
- Must have Matric
- Must be a team player, organized, efficient, self-motivated and able to work under little supervision, logic and problem solving skills / Linux exposure advantageous / Must be presentable (color photo required with CV)
- Salary R10,000.00 pm plus cell phone and petrol allowance provided.
Job responsibilities:
- Trouble shooting and resolving IT issues at customer sites and telephonically
- Desktop support
- Daily admin
- Repair/re-install and configure Microsoft Windows Operating Systems on desktops and notebook PCs – software installation & repairs
- Network troubleshooting router & switch install & configure
- Hardware troubleshooting & replacement
- Network installation wireless & Ethernet
- Device connectivity – IPAD, Blackberry, Android etc.
