Qualifications/Experience
- South African citizens/residents are preferred.
- National Diploma in Engineering/ Production
- PowerPoint, Excel, Organisational skills, Communication Skills, Presentation skills
- Knowledgeable with Automotive Launch processes
- Automotive Assembly process experience
- Ability to communicate and interact across all organisational levels
- Knowledge of problem recognition and solving
- Flexibility by taking on ad hoc tasks
- Good discipline to ensure tasks will be completed on time
- Operating independently and on own initiative within the field of responsibility
- Daily tracking of NSG Cars in Offline
- Steering and prioritisation of NSG Cars rework in Offline
- Managing 5S activities in Launch area
- Managing the training parts stock (scrapping and ordering)
- Continuous improvement of the Launch area (layout and space)
