Dynamic Auctioneers seeks to employ a qualified sworn property valuer, to start on 1 February 2018.
The candidate would be required to provide Property Valuations for the following purposes:
- Deceased Estates.
- Liquidations & Insolvencies.
- Financial Reporting.
- Financing and Refinancing.
- Current Market values.
- Accurate Insurance Cover etc.
Job requirements:
- Successful candidate ought to have a valid driver's licence, own transport and should be willing to travel long distances.
- Good communication skills, and must be a peoples person.
- At least 5 years working experience.
