Diesel Technician

Diesel Technician (UD & IVECO Experience), Ermelo, MP A well-established dealership in Ermelo is looking for a Diesel Technician with IVECO and UD experience.

Responsibilities

• Fault-finding and diagnosis on IVECO/UD Tractors/Trucks by interpreting product under performance and/or failure.
• By following directives provided in Workshop Manuals, produce work of IVECO/UD acceptable standards.
• Follow repair, maintenance instructions and specifications as per the manual.
• Ensure excellence in customer service delivery through meticulously following procedures/processes.
• Provide comprehensive and accurate reports on diagnosis, assessment of component/part, failures, observations, actions and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Must be practically and mechanically oriented
• Trade Test Certificate- Qualified Diesel Mechanic
• 1-2 years IVECO experience
• Must be able to think logically and clearly
• Must have self-discipline
• Must be psychologically and medically fit
• Must possess good vision and be able to identify different colors
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be safety conscious, to avoid unnecessary accidents
• Must have business sense and good judgment
• Must care about the quality of work to be done and have customer satisfaction in mind
