Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their team as a Service Advisor at our reputable dealership in Pretoria East, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers
• Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
• Update necessary vehicle details
• Prepare quotations
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full vehicle handover process
• Customer follow ups
• Maintain a high CSI

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• Driver's license
• Minimum 3 years experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
• Ability to work under pressure
• Outgoing and vibrant personality
