Work Environment & Requirements

Office-Based: The candidate must be willing to work primarily from the office. This is essential for career development and hands-on learning opportunities.Site Work: Must be flexible and willing to travel to project sites for short durations (typically 1-2 weeks) as needed to support installation, testing, and other fieldwork activities.
Note: Remote working will not be an option due to the importance of in-person collaboration and mentoring at this stage of their career.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and collaborate within a team-based office environment
Good communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
