Systems Analyst

Evaluate, design and implementation and active solutions that enhance operational processes and drive business growth.
Writing and refining test cases.
Collaborate with team members to ensure fast and efficient defect resolution and product quality.
User acceptance testing, visibility of defects and test management.
Actively participate in business refinements ensuring SAP best practises are followed.
Provide SAP Production Support for GROUP Plants.
Delivering operations support services.
Improve the overall quality of the SMART applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Monitor IT system error.
