We are in search of a Technical Business Analyst who will assume a crucial role in connecting business requirements with technical solutions in our clients IT Division. You will engage with stakeholders to understand needs, document processes, and offer valuable insights to optimise technology solutions effectively.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex IT settings, preferably in retail.
- Proficient in documenting requirements, functional specs, process flows, and user stories.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adept at translating business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity in objectives.
- Analyse and define complex business processes, identifying opportunities for enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, aligning them with business goals.
- Create clear communication tools such as functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Manage project planning, estimation, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, offering guidance throughout the development lifecycle
