Finance Operations Manager

An exciting position exists for a Finance Operations Manager to Manage finance operations which includes preparation of trust account reconciliations, uploading external debt collector files, suspense account reconciliations, debtor refunds and client pay-over reconciliations. Assist with the accounting and management accounts for the Accounts Receivable function and Accounts Payable function.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / CIMA qualification or equivalent qualification in a Finance related field.
• 5 or more years' experience as an Accountant / Management Accountant / Financial Controller or similar role
• 5 or more years' experience in senior Accounting role - preparing journals, balance sheet reconciliations, management accounts
• Experience in accounts receivable advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office packages with added emphasis on advanced Excel skills.
• Accounting package knowledge, preferably Sage ERP Accpac
• Strong analytical skills and ability to reconcile large volumes of data / transactions
• Knowledge in working with database applications an advantage
