We're looking for a purpose-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional people who are not only skilled, but deeply committed to our mission. You'll lead our end-to-end recruitment efforts and play a key role in scaling a national talent network that fuels our mission. This is more than filling rolesit's about building a values-aligned team that transforms education at scale.

What you'll do

• Source and recruit mission aligned top talent across various disciplines
• Build strong talent pools to reduce time to hire
• Develop creative community-based and digital sourcing strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling, inclusive job specs
• Drive a seamless recruitment process from profiling through onboarding
• Champion Click Learning's employer brand and promote careers in social impact
• Build partnerships with various organisations and community groups to hire locally
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to data-driven hiring strategies
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience, experience in tech, nonprofit, social sector and grassroots environments are a plus
• Strong networks and talent pipelines across South Africa
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools is essential
• A strategic mindset with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to match the right people to the right rolesand create a seamless and engaging candidate journey
• Background in HR, recruitment, or related field (degree or diploma required)
• South African Citizens only - EE preferred
