The Financial Foundry, an affiliate of Liberty, is looking for Talent Acquisition Consultants in and around the George area.
The position entails using social media, websites, email, telephone databases, and face to face contact with the aim of recruiting quality, qualified Financial Advisers for Liberty.
The position will best suit a professional person with good telephone skills, and the ability to speak and meet potential adviser candidates in a professional manner. They must be able to sell the opportunity to them.
A good understanding of the Financial Planning market, and the role of Financial Advisers will boost the candidates chances.
You will need access to your own phone and transport.
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be remunerated based on the successful placement of the prospective Financial Adviser. The package includes a Placement Fee, an Activation fee, and a 12 month income annuity based on the production of the placed Financial Adviser.
On Target earnings between R 5000 and R 15,000 per month.
You will be able to recruit Financial Advisers for the following areas: Garden Route and surrounding areas, Cape Town, Joburg, Pretoria.
