The Talent Development Officer: Projects & Systems plays a pivotal role in supporting the implementation, optimisation, and innovation of learning technologies and initiatives across the business. This role combines project coordination, system support, and operational input to enhance employee development, promote a culture of continuous learning, and ensure efficient delivery of training programs. Principal Elements And Accountabilities
Learning Platform Optimization
- Champion the use of learning platforms such as the Rapid Learning Library, and VinciWorks.
- Provide ongoing technical support to employees, ensuring smooth navigation and user experience.
- Analyze employee feedback and usage data to propose enhancements to learning tools and content.
- Provide system-related support and ensure employees are confident in using learning platforms.
- Maintain and update training content on internal platforms such as the Hub.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate Talent Development processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows and improve the overall learning experience.
- Partner with the Global Head of Talent Development to explore emerging trends and best practices.
- Support the Introduction new technologies that enhance learning accessibility and engagement.
- Develop initiatives that foster a growth mindset and encourage active participation in learning.
- Integrate learning into daily work routines and promote informal learning opportunities.
- Support culture and value-driven initiatives, including conferences and cross-functional collaboration.
- Record and report on all internal and external training initiatives.
- Coordinate internal training logistics, mentorship programs, and induction processes.
- Support all statutory reporting for training and development for South Africa (WSP, ATR).
- Manage the process for discretionary grants to support learning projects for the South African
- Regularly update employee qualifications in Dayforce.
- Maintain accurate training records
- Ensure training policies and study agreements are documented and communicated to HRBPs.
- Provide regular reports to on training activities and outcomes.
- Support communication and adoption of new tools, methods, and processes.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing L&D and Talent Management projects.
- Minimum of 1 -2 years experience in a Learning & Development or HR Administrative role
- Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
