Operations Executive (Chief of Staff)

Role Overview:As the Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. Reporting directly to the Founders, you will serve as a chief of staff, overseeing various operational functions and driving strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and client satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management: Proactively identify and address client concerns or issues. Communicate client feedback to leadership and collaborate on solutions to enhance the client experience.

Team Alignment: Work closely with department heads to ensure that all staff members are aligned on roles, responsibilities, and priorities. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and streamline communication channels.

Client Onboarding: Develop and implement efficient processes for onboarding new clients, leveraging existing systems and resources. Ensure that clients receive a seamless and positive onboarding experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency gains across the organisation. Lead initiatives to implement best practices and improve workflow.

Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents and presentations.

Requirements Qualifications:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
