Experience:
2 years Revenue Assurance operational experience
2 years people management directly /matrix management style
2 years managing activities in a cross functional business environment.
Telecommunications technology
2 years knowledge - internal control, governance systems, environments
Experience in an e-learning environment would be advantageous
