I am an experienced educator who knows how to challenge and differentiate children’s learning abilities, can take a lead role in organizing and implementing extra-curricular activities and has experience and confidence in teaching various ages. With ten years of experience teaching Grade RR, Grade R, Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 I have become an expert commanding and micromanaging a classroom in small and large groups. I can lead a team, as I was the Grade Head at a previous place of employment. Through dealing with managing a team, performing a mountain of administrative tasks daily whilst teaching a full class, and organizing a Grade with all their needs, I feel I am an ideal candidate for this position. I oversaw scheduling weekly meetings with my Grade and monthly meetings with my Head of Department. Due to my strong ability to multitask, I was in charge of taking minutes of the majority of meetings.
