Team Leader

Lexdan Select is assisting a manufacturing company with their search for a Team Leader, based in Cape Town. Requirements:

• -+3 years relevant experience
• -Experience managing a team
• -Forecasting experience
• -Background in HVAC&R would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• -Financial forecasts, targets, and manage GP
• -Create and implement systems and structure within the team
• -Motivate and lead the service team
• -Provide regular sales performance updates
