We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our dynamic Supply Chain Team. Do you think that you have leadership potential or previous experience as a team leader? Do you have excellent communication skills? Do you have a passion for leading people in a labour intensive environment?
The ideal candidate will possess the following minimum mix of knowledge and skills:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Read, speak, and write English fluently.
- Valid driver’s license with no endorsements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a good understanding of Stores operations, KANBAN, lead times and despatch procedures.
- Experience and understanding in stock take procedures, stock paper flow, variances, stock rotation.
- Forklift license would be advantageous.
- Honesty and integrity and having the company’s best interest at heart.
- Previous team leader experience in a production environment will be advantageous, but not necessary.
- Own transport will be advantageous.
