This role is suited for a candidate with experience in supervising of staff, and at least 3-5 years of experience in the Freight forwarding /Shipping.
Key duties includes:
- Manage a team
- Supervising of activities
- Implementing of changes
- Evaluation of policies
- Ensuring compliance to procedures
- Training of staff members
- Co-ordinate functions for imports and export shipping
- Customer services
Important for this role is previous experience in management, experience in a clearing and forwarding environment as well as customs knowledge.
