Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for project-related tasks
- Manage office consumables and maintain inventory
- Implement and follow company policies and procedures
- Assist with procurement activities including:
- Requesting quotes
- Conducting follow-ups
- Cost tracking and expense updating
- Maintain document control and accurate record-keeping
- Format and prepare documents for internal and external use
- Handle document signing workflows
- Provide PA support to the Project Manager and Engineering Manager
- Assist with the preparation and updates of PFDs and P&IDs
- Support onboarding of new employees and preparation of workstations
- Experience: 2+ years in a similar administrative, coordination, or office support role
- Computer Literacy:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to time schedules
- Ability to work effectively within a team and provide leadership when required
- Solid administrative and organizational skills
Salary: R15-25k Per Month
