Technical Assistant - Mogalakwena

Main Responsibilities

• To troubleshoot system problems and the repair of such work
• To perform duties on workshop floor of site and underground
• To participate and assure a high standard of work.
• Rectify all electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
• Ensure legal compliance on all machines.
• Quality work always
• After hours and standby duties
• Be part of the safety programme and good housekeeping
• To be part of the workshop team
• Time keeping as per company rules and regulations.
• In case of any off-site work company to provide transport
• Expected to assist in other areas/divisions in the company when needed.

Required Skills And Capabilities

• Technical background
• Trade qualified artisan - Millwright
• Valid drivers licence
• Good product knowledge
• Interpersonal skills to work as part of the Workshop team.
• Be presentable to customers in grooming and dress code.

Educational Qualification

• NTC 3 with trade qualification
