Technical Officer

Key Responsibilities:
 Asset management reporting and interdepartmental overview (FRACAS)
 Monthly reliability reporting for clients, mining department and to distributors
 Job card reviews and reporting internally and to distributors
 Ticket reviews and reporting internally and to distributors
 Custodian of maintenance processes including asset management, ticketing, and job card systems
 Document development and review
Small project assistance
Key Goals:
 Enhance operational process efficiency and effectiveness
 Ensure compliance to KPI’s
 Ensure compliance to audit schedules
 Ensure maintenance and support team compliance to maintenance processes as prescribed
Inherent Requirements:
 Technical diploma or Technical Certificate (Electrical / Electronic)
 Minimum 3 years relevant working experience which must include hardware and software systems. Radar knowledge will be an advantage.
 Good interpersonal skills to relate to clients, distributors, and team
 Proficient in MS Office packages
 Radar system knowledge
 Understanding of asset management principles
 Understanding of reliability reporting
 High level of detail and ownership
