Tech Officer: System Eng. (File & Print)

Job description: Business unit, Department, Reporting Business Unit: Operate Department: EIS Reports to: Ops Mngr: WGS, Citrix, File, Prt, Term Serv Job Grade/Level: OP1 Core Description To support customer technical solutions and provides general technical support on customer systems. Support Wintel solutions, including work groups services i.e., File and print, this includes oversight of the evaluation, building and support of these solutions to transform IT and realise the digitalisation journey for our clients.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Coordination of the running and maintenance of Wintel solutions and infrastructure in alignment with high levels of quality, standards and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed service level agreements, service level parameters or contracts.
• Provide input Develop and manage the implementation of processes and procedures to maintain or recover the delivery of systems and services in the event of any physical, technical or environmental disaster or major outage, providing continuity of service to customer.
• Participate in multiple, large-scale, concurrent projects to successful completion in accordance with scope, budget and service level agreements.
• Coordinate the identification and mitigation of strategic risk within File and Print team
• Collaborate and optimum engagement between BCX Divisions and establish and enhance relationships and network with strategic partners, customers, and vendors to create market dominance.
• Contribute to the overall team effectiveness through technical contributions, customer focus and teamwork.
• Drive a proactive culture to reduce common causes of operational problems
