We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Smart Device Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out and assist with repairs on a wide range of smart devices, smart home
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and testing on devices (e.g., touchscreen
connectivity).
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide expert product advice.
- Professionally handle customer queries, returns, and complaints.
- Maintain accurate repair logs and service documentation.
- An N6 Certificate in Electronic Engineering.
- CompTIA A+ Certification.
- Proven 2 years hands-on experience in repairing consumer electronics and
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and soldering skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
