We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and skilled telesales marketer to help develop new leads in our business and assist with administration duties. Your key focus will be to generate new business from existing and new clients. You will play a key part in the identification of targets and maximization of sales leads through cross selling opportunities. It is vital that you are a strong communicator and can quickly and effectively build rapport. Active listening, effective questioning and a solutions based approach to sales will ensure your success. In addition you'll assist with the general administrative duties around the office.

You must have:
Clear communication skills,
Telesales / outbound sales experience,
Proven sales experience,
Structured sales approach,
An understanding of the services offered and sales cycle,
Ability to self-manage and good time management,
Microsoft office proficiency,
Strong administration skills,
Salary basic plus commission.
