Position available for a terminal attendant in Butterworth, Eastern Cape.
Job responsibilities:
- Fixing Terminals when they go down.
- Assisting guests with terminal related problems.
- Customer service with regards to how the terminals work.
- Daily Clearance.
Job requirements:
- Have an understanding of computers ie. Hand Drives, PC Boards, Ram, Bios, Network Switches, Power Supply.
- Be able to connect up USBs, RS 232s, RJ 45 Connectors.
- Understanding of how Fibre Optics work.
- Understanding of mechanical components.
- Understanding of electrical components.
- An electrical engineering qualification would be beneficial.
- Technical knowledge required to perform the role.
