Hourly Basic Salary (Market related)
We are recruiting on behalf of a client who requires a Test Manager to manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) related to a migration.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the UAT strategy and plan
- Oversee execution and progress tracking
- Work with business and technical teams on test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Manage defect logging, resolution, and reporting
- Flag risks and issues and communicate with stakeholders
- Provide clear status updates and reporting
- Previous experience as a Test Manager on large or complex projects
- Background in managing UAT, ideally in migration or transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Knowledge of testing processes and defect management
- Well-organised with ability to prioritise
