Qualifications/Experience
- South African citizens/residents are preferred.
- 5-8 years in a Testing Environment
- SAP TOSCA Tricentis certification (SAP Modules)
- Experience in Logistics/Warehouse Management
- Experience in the following modules
- SAP TOSCA (Tricentis)
- Functional Testing
- Test automation
- Performance Testing
- Definition and implementation of Test Plans
- Creation and management of Test cases
- Problem Solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently as well interdependently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and non-technical colleagues/users.
- Willing and able to travel internationally
- Level 1 process integration knowledge across multiple SAP Modules.
- Level 1 technical (incl. infrastructure) integration knowledge across multiple technologies
- Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation.
- Willingness to engage foreign customers and be sensitive to possible language barriers & culture differences.

- Willingness and ability to work on weekends and public holidays on implementation and operations (IT Support) related tasks.

- Defining and implementing test plan on projects.
- Preparation and communication of Test reports during test execution (SIT sand UAT)
- Planning and effort estimation for test case execution
- Plan, organize and support test case creation
- Coordinate test data creation with the developers and test analysts
- Ensure appropriate test environment access levels for testers
- Follow up on defect fixes identified during test execution
- Assist in the manual execution of test cases and defect retesting when required.
- Track new/changed requirements and ensure these are addressed during testing
- Escalate deviations in the plan to Agile Master
- Act as single point of contact between Developers and Testers
- Setup and track a lessons learnt sheet related to test topics
- Ensure entry/exit criteria for all test phases are met in time
