Construction Manager - Roads and Earthworks

To manage and oversee construction sites for roads and earthworks to ensure timely project delivery within budget and to high-quality standards. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, minimize environmental impact, and control costs.

Required Experience
Managerial experience of at least 3 years and a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience working on roads and earthworks construction projects are required.

Required Qualifications
Minimum, a National Diploma: Civil Engineering (NQF Level 5) or an equivalent qualification.

Required Competencies
Experienced in leading and managing road and earthworks construction projects, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors. Possesses strong technical knowledge and project management expertise.
