Travel industry needs a tour administrator in Heidelberg, Gauteng.

Job requirements:

  • The successful candidate must be motivated, well experienced and able to work independently
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the travel industryGalileo certified and experienced
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Spoken and written
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills 
  • Creative

Job responsibilities:

  • Airline ticketing
  • Tour administration
  • Maintenance of itinerary builder program
  • Guest meet & greet services
  • Travel to OR Tambo Airport
  • From time to time this can occur outside of working hours, evenings & weekends
  • You will require your own means of transportation
  • General administrative and support functions
