- Involved in the Management of Individual broiler farms;
- Achieving broiler farm standards;
- Relieving broiler farm manager;
- Managing staff, Production, Maintenance, Health and Safety.
- A Matric Qualification;
- Relevant Degree/Diploma in Agriculture will be an advantage;
- The candidate must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills;
- Computer knowledge will be an added advantage;
- The candidate must have high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail;
- It is essential that the Candidate have a passion for implementing the 20 keys;
- The ability to work weekends and public holidays is a must.
