What To Expect

Working in a team you will gain exposure to every aspect of value retail - from Buying, Planning and Marketing to Supply Chain and Store Operations to name but a few.
A learning journey which incorporates on-the-job training, classroom sessions and assessments to monitor and develop your progress.
Learn to develop new and review existing quality standards and specifications for Sleepwear, Underwear, Lingerie and Swimwear products.
Assess the implementation of standards and specifications to ensure consistent compliance.
Work closely with the team of Buyers to deliver unequalled value in all of our intimate products.
Exposure to manufacturing and product development in specialized areas
Gain working knowledge of quality and product assessment principles & practices
Learn how to compile technical briefs
Develop and master your pattern making and grading skills

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

Relevant qualification in Clothing Management or Fashion Design
2 years experience within a fashion manufacturing sample room environment Or at least 2 years experience of pattern making
A passion for garment construction and quality of products
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fantastic planning and organising abilities
Excellent written and oral communication
The ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure
Be open to continuous learning
