Job vacancy for a trainee production supervisor in Tongaat - Manufacturing
Job requirements:
- Must be unemployed
- No experience required
- Preference will be given to individuals in line with our Employment Equity Targets
- Matriculated with a minimum C average
- 1 1/2 - 2 year Diploma/Degree
- Must not have earned more than R3600 per month
- Maximum age 26 years
- Must be prepared to work regular overtime, including weekends
- As part of the Training given, exam's must be passed on Theoretical knowledge
- Practical (On the job) training will be given and an evaluation done
- Performance Management is strictly applied within our disciplinary code of conduct
- A 2 year Training Contract will be signed and if the employee resigns they will be liable to pay the training costs below
- 6 Months - R 12 000, 12 Months - R 24 000, 18 Months - R 12 000, 24 Months - R 0
