The Training Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives for company operations. This role ensures that employees across all levels are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service, meet operational KPIs, and support business growth.
NB: This role is a Night Shift position.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Added advantage: Certifications in Training & Development (e.g., CPLP, ASTD, or similar).
- 5+ years of experience in training or learning and development, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs at scale.
- Experience working with international stakeholders or clients.
- Exposure to tools like Articulate, Captivate, or other e-learning software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Knowledge of performance metrics, quality frameworks, and compliance requirements in a BPO setting.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals and Company operational needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and tailor programs accordingly.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding, product, soft skills, and compliance training.
- Collaborate with department heads, quality, and HR to align training with performance metrics and business requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific requirements.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement across all teams.
- Manage the training calendar, budget, and vendor relationships where applicable.
