This newly defined role in our South African office is responsible to provide direction and support to all embedded training staff to drive consistency in standards of service throughout the regional customer mine sites and training centres.
As the ideal candidate, you will bring a learning and development and mine operational background, along with strong interpersonal and people management skills.
Reporting to the Regional Services Manager and working closely with our regional team, your ability to manage a project to contractual terms and the ability to think strategically about business and technology will be crucial to your success.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver instructional presentations
- Demonstrated ability to administrate, maintain and audit human resources systems and mining contractors' packs
- Managed or lead teams in a service-related business
- Excellent internal and external Communication skills
- Compiled accurate reports analysed data to identify trends and opportunities
- Experience with providing strategic, consultative services in a professional services environment.
- Strong business acumen coupled with results-oriented approach
- 3 years' experience in training in a mining environment or Mining Equipment Operations.
- Multilingual preferred, English Required
- Degree Qualified and certificate in Training and Assessment or equivalent on the job experience
- This role requires the flexibility to regularly travel to customer sites (domestic and International) up to 50% of the time
- Knowledge of IMMT simulators and training programs would be an advantage
