The Role:
The Logistics/Shipping Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and clerical support to the Import Department- Providing excellent customer service plus undertaking various other administrative duties
Basic Salary: R13,500 – R15000 + Benefits
Experience & Qualities Required:
To be a successful as the Logistics/Shipping Admin Assistant you will possess the following:
Previous clerical/administrative experience in the shipping / logistics sector but applicants with similar experience in a busy demanding office will also be considered.
Be analytical and numerate with high level of speed and accuracy
Excellent computer skills and competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Well organised and able to juggle tasks effectively
Self- motivated, reliable, trustworthy and hardworking
Willingness and ability to learn quickly new skills and working practices
