The role, reporting to the Supply & LogisticsManager, will be responsible for the following activities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare all outbound orders captured by Sales admin
- Make sure of stock and process picking of stock with Warehouse Supervisor
- Prepare all pickings and plan with 3rd party provider to deliver goods to end customer
- Book long-haul trucks to deliver replenishment loads to coastal warehouses as per market outlook demand
- Process all outbound related deliveries and/or collections from customers/internal
- Follow up on ETA's and report to sales/customer/logistics
- Daily reporting on out bounded orders
- Create PO's/PRs for invoices issued by suppliers
- Compile and file all documentation relating to deliveries e.g., proof of deliveries
- Arrange delivery slots with booking customers
- Book service replacements with Service department
- Qualification in Supply Chain & Logistics or relevant
- SAP experience required
- Relevant experience of 2-3 years in a Logistics warehouse environment
- Must have Excel experience
- Must be a Team player
- Must have good Interpersonal relationship skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
