Leading steel supplier based In Johannesburg requires an experienced Internal Sales Representative with MILD steel experience.

Minimum Of 1 - 2 Years' Steel/metal Industry Experience

Mild steel experience is essential

Receiving, processing and monitoring customer orders and manufacturing orders;

Capturing sales orders and following up on deliveries;

Keeping track of customer stock requirements;

Accurately defining and maintaining customer and product data on the ERP Systems;

Liaising and assisting customers with orders, back-orders queries and following up, both on email and telephonically;

Liaising with operations and planning department to track customer order completion;

Following up on daily reports for stock and deliveries.

Liaising with customers and account managers on a daily basis to update them on the progress of orders and to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled;

Coordinating with account managers to satisfy customer requirements;

Responding, within the shortest possible time, to customer queries and requests;

Liaising with production planning and warehousing regarding any queries and costing on products related to stock holding;

Ensuring that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion, including account queries.
