Responsible for the experience design of innovative and impactful digital products and services across all digital channels
Responsibilities
- Conduct heuristic assessments of existing digital products to identify areas for user experience improvement
- Define design principles and contribute to the development of a digital style guide
- Design wireframes and user flows for multiple MVPs, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and technical requirements
- Support usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Enable and coach teams on the practice of user experience design
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brands, products, and services to ensure design consistency and coherence
Skills:
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking
- Excellent design skills, with a focus on experience design
- Strong track-record in user experience design of consumer facing digital products
- Experience with user research methods and analysis
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and critically
9-12 years experience in the role of UX Designer
Duration: 24 weeks
Travel : Middle East ;Yes (occassional travel for key events like a workshop)
