Vacancy for admin

We are looking for a admin/secretary to join our small team at our offices based in Ballito.

Job requirements:

  • Half day - strictly mornings only
  • Must have transport and be in close proximity to Ballito
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Telephone appropriate - must speak English
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Debt Collecting skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Tact, discretion and diplomacy
  • The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it
  • The ability to use standard software packages (eg Microsoft Office/ excel / Microsoft Word ) and be able to learn bespoke packages if required

Job responsibilities:

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Filing
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • Debt Collecting
  • Chasing payments
