Sarepta Old Age Home is a non-profit organisation founded by the AFM striving to provide to our elders of poor communities receiving only a sassa grant and in need of 24/7 nursing care. Many of our residents has been abandend by their families, some has no family and then we have the lucky few residents. All our residents are frail care who either needs assistance with daily tasks or are completely dependant on nursing care.
We require the services of a firm person with strong leadership skills, who will respect the elders and still follow company regulations. The correct candidate will have high standards with excellent work ethics and high expectations from colleagues.
