We are looking for an accomplished financial director to work closely with the managing director, the executive team, businesses within the group and the financial services division.
Job requirements:
- This role focuses on leading; providing strategic direction and guiding all financial functions of the group.

- 10 Years relevant management experience
- Appropriate experience and knowledge in respect of statutory requirements and IFRS
- Experience in managing the capital request and budgeting processes
- Manage and motivate senior employees
- A dynamic person with strong leadership abilities, good
- Negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills
Job responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director
- Planning, organising and control of the company's financial strategy & policies, implementing accounting practices & objectives
- Implementing & maintaining internal controls and accounting systems
- Financial reforms & innovative funding mechanisms
- Liaising and building relationships with financial institutions, all relevant stakeholders and the financial and investment community
- Balance sheet & cash flow management
- Accurate & timely financial reporting and disclosure
- Risk Management
