Vacancy for receptionist

Looking for a PA/Receptionist to join dynamic accounting firm in Knysna to start January 2018.

Job requirements:

  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • 2 years' experience as a personal assistant
  • Well organized
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Desired skills/experience: Tax, Deceased Estates, Trusts, Company Secretarial.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support diary management activities in order to effectively schedule appointments.
  • Effectively manage the Director’s email.
  • Pro-actively screen incoming calls, correspondence and respond independently where possible.
  • Provide secretarial support (agenda, minutes, action plans etc.) for the preparation and successful execution of meetings.
  • Order and control office supplies.
  • Arrange payments to suppliers.
  • Invoice clients, maintain debtors’ ledger and follow up on outstanding amounts.
  • Ensure files are kept in order and easily accessible.
  • Collate, compile and distribute documents.
  • Manage signing of documents and tax returns.
  • Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
