Job responsibilities:
- Manage Inbound / Outbound workflows by analysing productivity reports, cases received / dispatched, vendor turnaround time, fleet time utilization and on time delivery stats.
- Lead and manage Inbound / Outbound logistics staff including performance, discipline, communication and staff planning/utilization
- Manage departmental KPI’s and budget requirements
- Ensure adherence to company risk control standards and legislative requirements
- Auditing and implementing improvements
- Improve accuracy, efficiency and labour hours, reduce shrinkage and wastage
