As a Critical Facilities Intern, youll join a dynamic team that ensures the reliability and optimal performance of data centers powering cloud services and large enterprises. What Youll Be Doing
- Asset & System Maintenance
- Be a key player in keeping engineering assets at their best performance.
- Conduct routine monitoring and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and fire suppression systems to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Record system readings and help identify and address any anomalies, ensuring all systems meet performance and safety standards.
- Emergency & Incident Support
- Support the team during system incidents with troubleshooting, recovery efforts, and implementing backup protocols.
- Participate in drills to ensure youre prepared for any scenario, and maintain logs to contribute to operational excellence and compliance.
- Collaboration & Learning
- Work alongside industry leaders and teams to ensure secure, seamless operations.
- Join team meetings, engage in safety training, and actively contribute to process improvements.
- Expand your skills with hands-on tasks, mentorship, and ongoing learning initiatives.
- Education: ND/N6 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in electrical/mechanical systems preferred.
- Skills & Competencies: A strong desire to learn, adaptability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act standards. Most importantly, youre a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment!
