Your Mission:

Were seeking a VP of Secure Power Anglophone. The successful candidate will lead, direct, and grow the Secure Power (SP) business for the anglophone cluster to achieve its short- and long-term organisational goals and objectives.

He/she will be responsible and accountable for business growth, revenue and managing its P&L.

In addition, he/she is required to lead and develop various departmental/ functional teams (in Transactional, Enterprise, Services, Commercial Operations, etc..) to achieve and exceed organisational KPIs rolling up to wider SP International KPIs in customer satisfaction, business growth, profitability growth and employee engagement.

The BVP will also provide overall direction to the execution of the cluster business plan in alignment with Internationals organisational strategies. This includes but is not limited to developing and maintaining key customer contacts at the CXO level, championing the company's thought leadership and strategic positioning locally, and building and leading a high-performing team.

This position works closely with the following critical internal parties:
  • MEA regional SP VP
  • Cluster President and the leadership team
  • Central Functional Teams (i.e., Finance, CSQ, HR, Regional Execution)
  • Business Development Teams
  • Regional International teams
This position works closely with the following key external partners/customers:
  • End-users: CXOs, IT Directors/Managers, Facility Director/Managers
  • System Integrators/Resellers: IT SI, IT Resellers, IT Distributors, FM, Electrical SI, Electrical Distributors, M&E Contractors, Consulting Engineers & Building Contractors
  • Alliance Partners: Cisco, Dell, HP, HPE
  • Suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Government bodies/Statutory boards
  • PR, media and external service providers

  • Strategy & Direction
  • Adapt Secure Power Global strategy and priorities to the local environment to establish a sustainable business plan that outlines the strategic intent of its market growth over the coming years.
  • Lead and manage the business/people transformation to achieve the companys long-term vision.
  • Provide direction to the cluster team to ensure that the team is passionately aligned to the corporate direction.
  • Drive the corporate strategies in the cluster with the clusters cross Businesses management team.
  • Drive and own the digital transformation strategy for the region/cluster.
  • Business Growth
  • Drive overall cluster revenue for all lines of business and market segments ahead of Secure Powers competitive business landscape.
  • Manage the cluster OPEX growth and continuously improve leverage year over year to drive productivity growth.
  • Manage the profitability of the cluster by achieving revenue targets, gross margins and controlling OPEX.
  • Provide sales and OPEX forecasts by line of business, market segments and go-to-market.
  • Provide weekly, monthly & quarterly updates on the cluster business by utilising all required reporting processes and tools to ensure total clarity to the organisation.
  • Drive new business opportunities, especially in professional services and explore growth opportunities in cross-businesses multiple solutions.
  • Customers Relationship
  • Drive thought leadership and strategic positioning of the company to existing and new customers/partners.
  • Develop and maintain customers/partners contact at the CXO level.
  • Continuously enhance customer satisfaction and experience by progressively improving quality and delivery of professional services.
  • People
  • Define and lead organizational change for adequate resourcing.
  • Own and drive Strategic workforce planning and workforce diversity.
  • Build and develop a cohesive and high-performance team.
  • Create a conducive work environment by embracing the SE values for a highly engaging and performing work culture.
  • Strengthen the leadership succession pipeline through honest talent identification and development.
  • Provide leadership for cross-cluster and business unit people mobility.
Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent (Engineering or Science an advantage ).
  • MBA (or equivalent postgraduate business degree).
  • Minimum 15 years experience in sales management.
  • Results-oriented and experienced in managing P&L, with proven business growth track records.
  • Able to integrate multi-cultural environments and perform in a highly matrix organisation.
  • Solid understanding of the IT market, market trends, customer needs and partner performance.
  • Experience in multi-tiered customer and channel approaches.
  • Able to build relationships and effectively sell to senior executives levels at enterprise, government customers and channel partners.
  • Has excellent contact with significant corporations and channel partners in the cluster.
