About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Villa Manager to join our team at Jumeirah Thanda Safari in South Africa. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the department to ensure all service standards are met in line with standard operating procedures, providing delightful and engaging services to all guests.
- Lead, motivate, and continuously develop the team to maximize productivity, departmental revenue, guest satisfaction, and department COS scores.
- Recognize all repeat and important guests, build rapport, develop personal guest contact, obtain preferences, and proactively anticipate guest needs and requirements.
- Handle escalations and concerns, resolve them, and notify the proper areas and responsible persons to guarantee a memorable experience for guests.
- Ensure the team adheres to all hotel and company standards, business conduct and ethics, policies and procedures, including Health & Safety policies, Butlers grooming standards, punctuality/attendance procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor VIP guest/customer arrivals and inspect VIP suites to ensure special arrangements are ready upon arrival. Coordinate with other departments, notably front office, to manage VIP guest/customer requests.
