Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with their account-related questions, issues, and order processing
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records
- Document and track customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to refine customer service processes and enhance overall client experience
- Help with social media management and content updates when required
- Provide feedback on customer service strategies and suggest improvements
- Proven experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and various digital communication tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus
