Key Responsibilities
- Conduct heuristic assessments of existing digital products to identify areas for visual design improvement
- Design a digital style guide to ensure consistency across products and experiences
- Design high-fidelity prototypes for multiple MVPs, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly experiences
- Conduct design reviews of existing and in-flight digital product design to ensure alignment with design principles and style guide
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and technical requirements
- Enable and coach teams on the practices of visual design
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brands, products, and services to ensure design consistency and coherence
Requirements
Skills:
Strong understanding of visual design principles and design systems
- Proven track-record of high quality and impactful consumer facing visual design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Proven experience in creation of digital style guides
- Ability to think creatively and critically and deliver high-quality designs
Experience level:
Band 8 (9-12 years experience in the role of Visual Designer)
Duration: 27 weeks
